How It Works
PLACE YOUR ORDER
Once your form is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice to secure your delivery with a 50% deposit.
DELIVERY OR PICKUP
Choose from scheduled delivery zones or convenient pickup in Newton. Each dish is packaged in black and gold, non-toxic, oven-safe containers and delivered in insulated reusable bags, along with cardstock menus for each setting.
REHEAT, ASSEMBLE, & SERVE
Follow the included step-by-step instructions for reheating and plating. Components like dairy or nuts arrive on the side, so you can assemble your dishes just how you like them.
Once you click Submit, your order will be received and reviewed within 24 hours. I’ll confirm your delivery zone, time window, guest count, payment method, along with any additional notes by email.
You’ll then receive an invoice via HoneyBook to complete your 50% deposit, which secures your order. The remaining balance will be automatically charged on your delivery date.
A small gratuity for the driver and processing fees (up to 3.9%) will be included in your final invoice.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your chosen delivery details and reheating guide as we get closer to Thanksgiving.
